How to use

  1. Upload: Drag & drop your PDF into the box above or click to choose a file.
  2. Draw (D): Click Draw, set Color and Brush size, then drag on the page to annotate or sign.
  3. Eraser (E): Removes your overlay strokes (drawn/text/image/whiteout) on the current page.
  4. Whiteout (W): Paints solid white over the page to visually redact original content on export (use for covering sensitive text/areas).
  5. Add Text (T): Click Add Text, type in the box, choose a size, then click on the page to place it.
  6. Add Image (I): Click Add Image, choose a picture (logo/stamp), adjust Image width, then click on the page to place it.
  7. Undo / Redo: Use Ctrl/Cmd + Z to undo and Ctrl + Y or Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z to redo.
  8. Clear Page: Wipes all edits on the current page (still undoable).
  9. Download: Click Download Edited PDF to export. Processing is local to your browser.

Keyboard shortcuts

  • D = Draw, E = Eraser, W = Whiteout, T = Add Text, I = Add Image
  • [ / ] = Decrease / Increase brush size
  • + / = When Image tool is active, adjusts image width; otherwise adjusts brush size
  • Ctrl/Cmd + Z = Undo, Ctrl + Y or Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z = Redo
  • Esc = Cancel image placement

Tip: For stronger redaction, fill the area with Whiteout and export the PDF.
